The White Rabbit Cabaret

Located in the heart of Fountain Square, The White Rabbit Cabaret features an ever-changing calendar of live entertainment. Our goal is to create a world where the weirdly elegant thrive and flourish. We host national and local musical headliners, cabaret and burlesque, stand-up and improv comedy, and movie screenings.

*Originally from the UK (by way of Australia...long story), Adam Burke has been performing comedy in Chicago and throughout the U.S. for almost ten years. He's a fixture on showcases and clubs throughout the Midwest and beyond. He is a regular panelist on NPR's Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, and has appeared on the podcasts Doug Loves Movies and The Benson Interruption, the Bob and Tom show, WGN 720 AM radio, Put Your Hands Together, and many more podcasts and shows. Voted Best Standup by readers of The Chicago Reader in 2014, he was also the winner of Second City's Up Next Comedy Competition. He appeared at numerous festivals including Bridgetown Comedy Portland OR, Just for Laughs Chicago (four years running), and the local stage of Funny Or Die's Oddball Comedy Festival. In addition, he has opened for a wide variety of comedians including Marc Maron, Jeff Ross, Hannibal Burress, John Mulaney, Hari Kondabolu, Maria Bamford, Michael Ian Black, Kumail Nanjiani, John Oliver, Tracy Morgan, Aziz Ansari, and many more. Burke released his debut album Universal Squirrel Theory on A Special Thing Records in 2012.
