The Folks from Planet of the Tapes in Louisville are bringing their show ‘We Still Like You’ for one night only. Plus our beloved An Evening with the Authors will round out the night with a special ‘Best of the Road’ Edition.

Doors 7pm, Show 8pm. (Authors will begin the evening @ 8pm followed by WSLY @ 9pm.

We Still Like You

Louisville's favorite storytelling show is back at its new forever-home, Planet of the Tapes. We Still Like You is a show where storytellers tell true stories of shame or embarrassment, and an artist depicts their story LIVE while they tell it. The stories range from hilarious to heartbreaking - you never know what you're going to get. Hosted by Mandee McKelvey and Chris Vititoe, with live art by Greg Welsh

Where literary satire meets sketch comedy.

Comedians take the stage posing as accomplished authors reading from their most recent works.

Featuring: Sam Griswold, Pauline Shypula, Jonathan Pfendler, Stephen Vincent Giles, Gwen Sunkel, Eric Sablan and guests

Authors* has been running once a month at the White Rabbit Cabaret in Indianapolis, IN since June of 2014 and has participated in the Philly Sketchfest, IndyFringe and Crossroads Comedy Festivals as well as making appearances in Cincinnati, Oh, Louisville, KY, Fort Wayne, IN, Detroit, MI, Chicago, IL, Philadelphia, PA and St. Louis, MO.Authors* showcases a central cast with local guests and every evening features a unique lineup of characters. The show is strange, sometimes dark, often ridiculous and always hilarious.
